Lace Bell Sleeve Dress – Chiffon / Long Sleeve / Short Hemline

The hip look of the bat wing sleeve cut is made to look more glamorous in the design of this dress. This black dress has a rounded neckline. It has a slight loose cut body which extends to a slightly ruffling mini skirt. This body and skirt is made from a soft, solid black fabric which is soft to the feel. The sleeves start off at the top with the fabric which the body is made from. Black lace fabric has been added at the short sleeve level. These sleeves extend into long, wide bat wing cuts. The ends of the sleeves has a wide scalloped trim.
